Information you share

When you send an inquiry, we collect the contact and event information you enter, including your name, email, optional phone number, event type, date, location, optional guest count and referral information, and message. We record your consent and submission time.

How we use it

We use these details to respond, discuss availability, prepare an event proposal and manage related communications. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a private WordPress database and sent to our business email. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers needed to operate the website and email. A future authenticated integration may synchronize inquiries with our locally hosted business management system.

Security and technical data

The inquiry form uses validation, spam controls and rate limiting. A temporary keyed hash derived from your network address is used to limit abuse. Web server logs may record network addresses and request information. Administrative sessions use essential WordPress cookies. This build does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Retention and your choices

We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry, deliver agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent for future inquiry communications. Some information may need to be retained for existing contractual or legal obligations.
